Circular Economy Training
We have an exciting opportunity for businesses of all sizes to gain the skills and capacity to redesign their business models to transition to the circular economy. This hands-on workshop guides participants through a full circular economy business design process, starting with a functionality assessment, life cycle impacts, circular business models, service design and business modeling.
Take action and gain practical tools in developing the processes needed to engage your organization and customers with circular solutions. Avoid greenwashing and uncover the tactical ways you can advance your business through substance-based sustainability.
This workshop is suited to anyone working in business and product design, consultants, managers, business leaders or individuals wanting to gain a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to create a circular business model.
“The course is engaging, insightful, and uncomfortable – in a good way, as it makes you realize how little you’re doing and how you’re often doing the wrong things. The worksheets, templates, and tips are all very helpful... a great program to really help businesses understand the issues, assess their own challenges and opportunities, and to start taking action.”
— Richard Gilman, Senior Consultant, Southeast Asia Center (SEAC) Source
Designed to equip the business community with the practical tools to enable the transition to the circular economy, this workshop provides a deep dive into the business models that enable the circular economy, including the application of reuse, repair and sharing models, recapture and remanufacturing through to redeploying and recycling.
