  • The Swivel Skills training platform is for any professional who wants to build their capacity in:

    • Applying sustainability to business decision-making

    • Adopting the circular economy

    We offer a Core Sustainability Learning Experience as well as dynamic, deep industry-based learning journeys and leadership programs.

  • Similar to other corporate training initiatives, corporate sustainability training offers programs designed specifically to speak to the business community, be implementable at scale within an organization of any size, and customizable to meet your sustainability needs.

  • This will depend on how you learn and the pace in which you would like to take the training in.

    Our Industry-based Learning Journeys are more in-depth and consist of the Core Sustainability Program, plus five Action Learning Modules (ALM’s) with worksheets and activities to take action and apply the knowledge to your specific industry. These can take between 15-40 hours to complete.

    Our Leadership Journeys are focused on a core learning theme with four ALM’s and take between 5-20 hours to complete.

  • From the day you sign up, you have 365 days of access. You can extend beyond that if needed, but it does require an extra fee.

  • Individuals can not sign up to Swivel Skills directly here.

    A company, industry association or academic institute can also provide you access via our partnership program. You must have a license to access Swivel Skills.

  • Access the Swivel Skills platform at swivelskills.online and either sign up for a learning program or use your allocated login key (if your company has signed up) to connect to the learning experience.

  • The Core Sustainabaility Training Program themes and content are the central elements of the all our training programs. You must take a program to enter Swivel Skills, you can start with the Core Training, a leadership Journey or an Industry-based Package. Then once you are inside Swivel Skills you can access our entire library of additional models (ALM’s) that you can purchase to expand your learning experience.

    Action Learning Modules (ALMs) are learning sprints on specific capacity-building topics. They dive into more specific details and include downloadable worksheets & templates to support practical application of the knowledge you have gained in the Core Learning Experience.

  • We are a training platform, so we don’t tell you how to respond to legal requirements. However, we do provide you with the best-practice information on regulations based on regions and connect you with service providers who can help you respond to your regulatory requirements. Inside of the Swivel Skills platform, you will find a live database of all the recent regulations by country and state.

  • Yes, throughout the chapters there are quick interactive quizzes. Then, at the end of each chapter, you will have a 5-part quiz in which you need to get 4 correct answers to move on. There are also assessments and quizzes throughout the action learning modules to test your capacity and apply the learnings.

  • Once you have successfully completed all of the chapters in the Core Learning Experience and successfully answered a minimum of 80% of the quiz questions correctly, you will be then able to automatically access and download your certificate from within the learning platform.

  • No. Your license entitles you and no one else to use the learning experience. Sharing your login breaks the licensing agreement. Read our terms and conditions here >

  • Swivel Skills is an online platform, so you will need to be connected to the internet to take the training. It is optimized for on-the-go learning and is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.

  • You will not be able to download any of the main tutorial content, but there are many additional PDF worksheets and support tools you can download and use. Check the additional content section for free workbooks and resources.

  • If you are an enterprise level customer, then yes, managers have backend access to review performance and support the team's learning experience.

  • We offer per-seat license packages on a sliding scale based on the total number of licenses. Our packages are designed to support you by giving as much access as you need to your staff.

  • Yes definitely, each team member will need their own license and login. You can sign up teams of 1-50 here. Get in touch for larger teams.
